According to the companies, Lawdex will provide an e-filing solution powered by Nsite to help attorneys and state courts speed the filing of case documents on-line. The federal courts have mandated that all filings be performed electronically by 2006.

Lawdex will demonstrate the e-filing solution at the E-Courts 2004: Linking the Legal System conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, December 13 - 15.
